Our bodies are like musical instruments. When each part of our body is aligned with our true natures, and with all of the other "parts", our body can easily achieve and maintain a healthy balance. Our bodies literally "sing" with harmonious health and well-being.
One way to check-in with the health and well-being of our overall energetic system, is to tune into each of our seven primary Chakras. Assess their status, and use meditation and other tools to harmonize each of them.
